Who is ProCert?
ProCert is a brand of Global Master Training & Consultancy Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No. 202301002074 [1495993-X]). We deliver certification training in project management, Agile and Scrum for professionals and organisations in Malaysia.
What does the PMP exam involve?
The PMP exam is 180 questions over 240 minutes. It covers three domains: People (33%), Process (41%) and Business Environment (26%). The updated exam launched on 9 July 2026.
Are Scrum.org courses delivered online?
No. Professional Scrum Master™ (PSM I) and Professional Scrum Product Owner™ (PSPO I) are delivered face-to-face in Malaysia. We do not offer these programmes as Live Virtual.
What score is needed to pass a Scrum.org assessment?
The passing score for a Scrum.org assessment is 85%.
Is a second assessment attempt included?
The official assessment is included. A complimentary second attempt applies only when the first attempt is taken within 14 days of the course and does not reach the 85% passing score.
Do you train teams as well as individuals?
Yes. We run public cohorts for individuals and in-house programmes for organisations. For team training, request a proposal through our corporate enquiry page.
